Shipping Policy

This policy applies solely to orders made inside the United States of America. This policy is meant to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By making an order with this company, you agree to the conditions listed below.

Every single product that you purchase from us, will be handmade and shipped promptly! All products ship from our production facility within 3 – 5 business days of your order.
Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number right away and keep you posted on the package shipment progress.

Currently we ship all our products from our facility in China and working on setting up new facility in US region for quicker/expedited shipping process!


All purchases in the United States are eligible for free shipping.


Packages are typically in transit for 7 to 10 days (Monday to Friday). The order processing period is 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). The expected delivery should be between 12-18 days since item is shipped out.

Delivery Conditions

We mail the things through USPS.


We are unable to change the delivery address once the shipment is on its way. If you need to change the area where your goods will be delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase at [email protected]


If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the goods is sent. If your order has already been sent, please review our refund policy.

Packages Damaged During Transit

If you notice that a package was damaged in transit, please refuse the goods and inform our customer service. If you were not there when the item was delivered, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps.
